Terp sauce[terp sɔːs]

Definition:

Terp sauce is a Cannabis extract rich in terpenes — the aromatic compounds responsible for the aroma of different weed strains. This extract is present as well among diamonds, or crystalline structures, with a syrupy appearance.

Because the extraction process is carried out at low temperatures, a high-terpene extract is produced free of all plant fats and waxes and thus does not need to be winterized. Terpenes make up more than half of terp sauce, but minor cannabinoids and other compounds from the extracted plant still contribute to the effects.

Like cannabinoids, THC and CBD, terpenes may be extracted using solvents such as hydrocarbons or CO2. After that, the terpenes are separated from the cannabinoids, resulting in a fragrant liquid concentration. Users love terp sauce because it contains a wide range of cannabis constituents that lead to a balanced and therapeutic high.
