Raw

Cannabis plant

Raw[rɔː]

Definition:

Simply put, raw Cannabis describes the un-activated plant material. Raw Cannabis has not been dried or cured, or processed in any manner. Present in raw marijuana are omega fatty acids, proteins, minerals, such as calcium and iron, and vitamins like A, B1, B2, C, and E.

Raw Cannabis also possesses the un-activated counterparts of THC and CBD, which are THCA and CBDA. Since these chemical compounds have not undergone decarboxylation, natural Cannabis does not have any psychoactive effects.
