Growing method
Hydroponics[ˌhaɪdrəʊˈpɒnɪks]
Definition:
Hydroponics is a soilless method of cultivating Cannabis that uses water as the principal medium.
Growers who choose hydroponics over the traditional growing method do so because of the following reasons:
- Easy to set up
- Space-wise
- Less likely to be infested by insects
- Watering is not an issue
- Results to more potent Cannabis buds
Despite the added work, hydroponics gives producers more control over the nutrients that flow into their plants and allows water that is not absorbed by the roots to be recycled back into the system.
