Gibberellins [Gibberellins]

Definition:

Gibberellins are plant hormones that promote growth by acting as general growth stimulants. These hormones have a variety of involvement in vascular plant metabolic processes.

Gibberellins are essential for flower initiation, bud and trichome development, stem elongation, and root growth. They also promote germination by breaking seed inertness.
