Cannabinol[Cannabinol]

Definition:

Cannabinol, also known as CBN, is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid produced as THC matures. As a result, it is frequently found in high concentrations in older cannabis. While this may be a turnoff for some, others seek out more aged cannabis solely for the CBN effects.

Animal research studies are done to date, aiming to explore cannabinol’s potential to help people with certain illnesses. Some of these are patients who suffer from:

  • Bacterial infection
  • Neurodegenerative diseases
  • Loss of appetite
  • Glaucoma
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
