Definition:

Camphor provides a strong scent that gives cannabis its minty flavor. This chemical compound is a terpene that is waxy, translucent, and combustible. You can even find camphor in the leaves of certain laurel trees and the kapur tree in Southeast Asia, rosemary leaves, camphorweed, and camphor basil.

Camphor’s medicinal characteristics allow it to deliver a plethora of health benefits. It’s a terpenoid that’s anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and also serves as a decongestant. Camphor has a modest analgesic effect; therefore, it can help to ease the pain.
